Insert "; and be it" Page 2, following line 15: Insert "FURTHER RESOLVED that the action must honor the state's obligations under the current Alaska Gasline Inducement Act license, and provide as feasible for gas delivery and use, off the road system." Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Neuman objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Gardner: Page 1, line 3, following "necessary" (title amendment): Insert "and appropriate" Page 2, line 14: Following "necessary" Insert "and appropriate" Following "action" Insert ", after thoughtful consideration," Representative Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
